Lost identity papers

In case a refugee is arriving without identity documents they should contact the embassy of their country to get replacement identity papers.

The Ukrainian embassy is located at Albrechtstrasse 26, 10117 Berlin.

The embassy in Frankfurt am Main can issue replacement papers as well.

Additionally refugees without identity papers should contact the Foreign Office responsible for the district they registered at.
